The school chefs serve fresh, healthy, balanced lunches every day for all members of our community, as well as breakfast, dinner and weekend brunch for boarders. The restaurant’s mission is to make a selection of healthy food available for pupils and teachers served in an attractive and relaxed environment, providing excellent nutrition for the whole community and the chance to relax and share a meal with friends.
The catering team prepare home-made food from scratch, endeavouring to use local, seasonal ingredients in preparing varied, fresh, balanced menus. Besides the lunch buffet that consists of the menu of the day and a vegetarian choice, there is also a salad bar, where different varieties of fresh vegetables are served every day.
The restaurant also caters for children with specific dietary requirements, preparing dishes in respect of religious beliefs, specific illnesses, food intolerances and allergies, upon request.
