Our Location

We benefit from a truly outstanding learning environment. Our outdoor provision includes the beautiful, green campus and safe, attractive playgrounds, whilst indoors we have well-equipped classrooms with interactive white boards, iPads, laptops and more.

We follow the curriculum of the European Schools (legally established by the governments of the Member States of the European Union: www.eursc.eu) with class teachers focusing on the language of the section (English, French, Italian or Swedish), Mathematics and the Discovery of the World (science, history, geography and technology). Specialised language teachers are responsible for the acquisition of each pupil’s second and third language. Second language instruction is introduced from the start: either English, French or German (L2), and third language classes are introduced at the start of secondary school: at present Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Swedish (L3).  SWALS students are entitled to L1 instruction by arrangement. Physical education, music and art are also professionally taught by subject specialist teachers from an early age.

Because of the privileged location of our campus, we have easy access to the natural environment as well as numerous museums and other places of educational and recreational value in both the rural and metropolitan area. Our beautiful, green campus creates an atmosphere of well-being and tranquility and makes a positive impact on the physical and psychological health of the whole school community.

Last, but certainly not least, our school restaurant provides a delicious, healthy sugar-free weekly menu using only natural, seasonal ingredients.

It caters for all dietary requirements including lactose and gluten intolerance.
